  • Promoted three times with the Falor Companies within 3 years, using my determination to direct our portfolio of 9 hotels to achieve maximum REVPAR, and to ensure all sales policies, procedures, and direction are adhered to from the property Director of Sales and Directors of  Catering.
  • Worked directly with nationwide media/marketing companies, to secure the best marketing to maximize each hotel’s exposure.
  • Visited each property, every month, to build support of corporate team to bring ideas, solutions, and motivation to every manager, allowing them to achieve goals.
  • Assisted in the conversion of this hotel from a Sheraton to Renaissance in 2001.
  • Participated in this renovation, allowing our company to receive the award from Renaissance of the #1 renovation of the year.
  • Responsible for all current and new marketing ideas for the hotel.  Increased revenue to hotel, due to strategic new marketing initiatives, which has driven us $980,000 over in room revenue, and $510,000 over in catering revenue, with 189 guestrooms and  10,000 square feet of meeting space.
